.03 Can I request a quote if I’m not clear on what I need?

We prefer not to send blind estimates. If you’re unclear about your needs, we suggest booking a Strategic Consulting session.

It’s the most professional way to build a proposal that aligns with your real situation and goals.

.04 How much does a Strategic Consulting session cost?

Sessions have a fixed price and are paid in advance. It’s a focused investment with high value—you walk away with a clear, realistic, and actionable vision. Contact us for current rates.

.05 What deliverables are included in the consulting session?

Depending on your case, you might receive a strategic summary, roadmap, key ideas, and/or a document with practical recommendations.

Everything is designed to help you move forward with clarity and focus.

.06 What happens if I want to move forward with ÁBACO after the consulting?

Great! In that case, the diagnosis is already done and we can move straight into a concrete proposal—no delays, no confusion.

In some cases, part of your consulting investment is even applied toward the service you hire.

.07 Do you offer packaged services or monthly plans?

Yes. We have pre-packaged solutions for certain services like landing page design, basic visual identity, or web maintenance.

We also offer monthly plans for ongoing strategic support or campaigns.

.08 Is all the work done remotely?

Yes. We operate 100% remotely, which allows us to work with clients across the country (and internationally) in an agile, organized, and professional way.

Meetings are held via video call and project follow-up is handled through digital channels.

.09 How long does a project take?

It depends on the type and scope. Branding projects take around 2–4 weeks. A relatively simple website, 2–5 weeks.

More complex projects can take longer. We always work with clear timelines and well-defined phases.

.10 How do I start working with ÁBACO?

We’ll schedule a brief intro call to see if we’re a good fit—and if we are, we’ll recommend the best way to move forward.

Legal, Payment & Key Considerations

.11 Who owns the designs or materials once the project is completed?

Once the work is approved and full payment is made, usage rights are transferred to the client. This means the client is free to use the deliverables within the agreed context.

ÁBACO retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement has been explicitly established.

.12 Can I request the editable files (fonts, .ai, .psd, etc.)?

Standard deliverables include final files in ready-to-use formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.).

If you need editable source files, they can be quoted separately, as they are not included by default unless previously agreed upon.

.13 How do you handle confidentiality?

With total respect. Everything you share with us during consulting or a project is treated as confidential.

If you require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we’re more than happy to sign one.

.14 What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, Mercado Pago, or PayPal (for international payments).

We work with advance payments (either in full or partially, depending on the type of project).

.15 What if I’m not satisfied with the outcome?

Our approach is collaborative. We include review rounds to ensure the final result truly represents your vision.

We don’t sell hype or magic formulas—just honest work, strategic thinking, and clear communication throughout the process.

.16 Can I cancel a project once it has started?

Yes, but please note that payments already made are non-refundable, as they cover time and work invested up to that point.

In case of cancellation, we’ll deliver all work completed until then.

.17 Do you use AI tools in content creation or design?

We use tools that help optimize creative and production processes, but the strategy, creative direction, and final decision-making are always human.

Everything we deliver is professionally curated and reviewed—no exceptions.
