In our commitment to offer the best experience for all our teams across LATAM, we continue evolving our Networked Organization, which means evolving our Benefits as well. We want to share that we decided to refresh our Time Off Policy, effective March 2022. This is one of the opportunities identified by the taskforces that worked on the competitiveness review project. This will allow us to standardize My Time practice and make it simpler for associates in LATAM to make use of it.
