In our commitment to offer the best experience for all our teams across LATAM, we continue evolving our Networked Organization, which means evolving our Benefits as well. We want to share that we decided to refresh our Time Off Policy, effective March 2022. This is one of the opportunities identified by the taskforces that worked on the competitiveness review project. This will allow us to standardize My Time practice and make it simpler for associates in LATAM to make use of it.

What has evolved in My Time Policy?

All days are assigned on a one-time request and can be used at your convenience throughout the year.

You have 6 days off per year** (total days of my time). You can take half day per month, an entire day or all days at once whenever you desire.

You can take them next to vacations, without any restrictions.

 

**My times already used during 2022, will be subtracted from the total days available for the rest of the year.

What remains the same?

You must request the use of My Time through Workday > Request Absence > Time Off > My Time and must be approved by your Manager.

Your request to use My Time days expire on Dec 31st, of each year.
